"Sen. Orrin Hatch defended a late provision he added to the GOP tax
bill that could extend significant tax breaks to real estate companies,
among others."

Who might that help? Let's see:

(1) Donald Trump Sr
(2) Donald Trump Jr
(3) Ivanka Trump
(4) Eric Trump
(5) Jared Kushner

The list goes on, but you get the picture. Mostly New York real
estate executives related to, or friends with, the guy on the oval
office . . . thanks Orrin!

Well, them sure, but it's Bob Corker who's the focus where he
mysteriously flipped his vote coinciding with the change. He's since
made a public display of protesting the addition of the measure, but,
well, not sure who's convinced other than those who are always easy to
convince, which er well maybe that's a large group.

Lower taxes are ALWAYS better for the public than high taxes...it stimulates the economy....taxes just go down a black hole and help only the politicians and the bottom feeders...now if Shit For Brains in the PMO would get his head out George Soros' ass we too could get a break...but noooo....carbon tax for something that will not help the planet 1 iota...Leftards truly live up to their handle

Because he owned two large real estate companies, and he's not
running for re-election. The tax breaks will help him immensely when he
returns to private life.

I guess the latest is Orrin Hatch himself, and his wife, are the
supposed intended recipients:

Interesting. I *really* had respect for at least 2 Republicans.
John McCain and Orrin Hatch. Now it's down to one . . . just McCain.
Hatch is in his 80s and very well off. Why does he have to help modify
laws that transfer health care funding from the poor to his wife's real
estate company? Because he a greedy asshole, like the rest of the Grey
Old Pervert party.

I am really, really disappointed in Hatch because he *was* a man
who I thought had a bit of decency and integrity. Oh well, he gave away
his reputation and legacy to a man who thinks it's OK to "grab'em by the
pussy" for a few extra dollars neither he nor his wife are likely to
live long enough to spend. It's pretty sad when old men sell out . . .
does he think he's going to live to be 120-130?

Some things never change. This brings back fond memories of your ability to
do the same while writing out parking tickets in Lahr.

The technology has changed but your ability to multitask hasn’t slowed down
despite your age and obesity. Good job!
