I hope life goes well for them now they are rid of Assad! Somewhere (if
I can find the file) I saved a poem written by an every day person in
Damascus, it was very moving.

They say they don't know where he is but I expect he has gone to
England, his wife, also Syrian was born and raised in London. During
the worst of the bombing the European Union ordered that none of the
fashion houses were to send parcels to her with clothes for the
children! It ranked with knitting at the guillotine!

with a political appointment. Dictators like that are his heroes,
