There was this guy who had a problem with is team of horses. Birds
built nests in their manes. He tried everything -- repellent
chemicals, braiding the manes, even shearing them off. But sooner or
later stuff washed off, manes grew out and the birds' nests were back.
Finally he took a day off from work and traveled to see the region's
most respected horse man. Who told him, "Next baking day, get a
handful of yeast from your wife's bread starter and rub it into the
manes."
Went home, did that, never had a bird's nest problem again. So
puzzled was he by this that eventualy he took another day off and went
to see the horse guru and ask why it worked. The answer?
Yeast is yeast and nest is nest,
And never the mane shall tweet.
