Batatcha!

We haven't had a white Christmas in a few years. It'll probably stay
until April. I'm not gonna get warm again until July. :)

Have good one all.

I agree with James. I cleaned my driveway and yard
paths 3 times already since Friday, and it was -12 C in
my shop this morning. :-)

Merry Christmas!

Boston hasn't seen a White Christmas since 2009.
We haven't have one for 15 year.

It's the one time during the year that I actually like to see snow.
Might not have my usual Christmas Eve company tonight but they'll come
eventually. Hope your evening and day tomorrow is just as you want it

It was a very long christmas and I was glad to see it and the rest of
the holidays over and done with. I had very little help at home and
after almost 3 weeks of caring for Heather I was done, toast, exhausted.
I have a four-days-per-week helper who is a godsend, but she was quite
reasonably off for most of that period, with my blessing. Then there are
three others who I can count on to help, but as generous as they are
with their time, 2 or 3 hours really doesn't do much. I can barely catch
my breath with those windows of respite, and things do go wrong from
time to time, requiring my intervention and assistance. Even with great
intentions, the helpers don't always get things right, with unfortunate
consequences. Glad things are more or less back on track. I did almost
no decoration and just forced myself to go through the motions of
celebrating with a few loved ones. The bright light was that our son was
here from Montreal for a week.
